East Bay Exotics was founded by Scott Kimes in 2001. Scott’s interest in snakes began when he captured a gopher snake in 1967 and he has been fasinated by snakes ever since

We do not believe rack systems provide a value of life for our pets and therefore provide living habitats that can be considered fine furniture in the home. All our snakes live in the most natural envrionment as possable using specialized wood chip shavings, artificial hides, climbing wood sticks, and heat lamps.

We are currently located in Union City, California, but provide shipping all over the country.
